Eliane Clerc (Ely) is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu athlete who has been training in the sport for almost ten years. In 2023, she became the European Champion in the Master (Brown Belt) category. With her deep passion for the sport, both for its technical
precision and competition, she continuously strives for further improvement. The captured training session consisted of 15-minute warm-up drills followed by 6 sets of 8-minute sparring rounds.
