Petra Klingler, born in 1992 is a Swiss competition rock climber. Known as a versatile athlete, she competes in different disciplines: bouldering and speed, lead, and ice climbing. In 2019, Petra won the Swiss championships in all three
Olympic disciplines: lead, speed and bouldering. Moreover, during the 2019 IFSC Climbing World Championships she qualified for the Olympics in Tokio, Japan.
The competition style bouldering requires outstanding coordination skills from the athlete and is at the same time highly explosive and challenging.

In the training session captured, her focus was on applying muscle strength to the wall allowing for complex and maximum difficult movements.
